我国飞机结构寿命可靠性评定理论与试验方法及创新 被引量:2

摘要 我国飞机结构寿命可靠性科学研究历时40余年,在高镇同院士指导下建立了一系列飞机经济寿命可靠性理论,创建了飞机中值载荷谱编制原理,发明了不同构型飞机全机悬空多点协调加载标定方法和试验技术,创立了我国独有的飞机空间分布载荷测试技术。先后完成数十种型号飞机载荷谱研制任务,解决了我国采用一架飞机进行载荷谱飞行实测和用于机群定寿、延寿重大技术,研究成果成功用于数千架飞机定寿、延寿和结构可靠性设计,为大幅提高我国现役飞机使用寿命和保障飞行安全作出了重要贡献。 The research of life reliability for aircraft structure in China has lasted for more than 40 years, under the guidance of Gao Zhengtong, academician, a series of aircraft economic life reliability theories have been established, the principle of compiling aircraft median load spectrum has been developed, and the calibration method and test technology of multipoint coordinated loading of the whole aircraft hovering in place have been invented. Over 20 types of aircraft load spectrumresearch and development missions have been completed, which solved the problem of using one aircraft to carry out load spectrum measurement to predicate and extend the life for the aircraft group in China. The research results have been successfully applied to the life determination, life extension and the design of structural reliability of thousands of aircrafts, which made an important contribution to improve the service life of aircraft in service significantly and ensure flight safety.
