基于模糊层次分析的江苏知识产权竞争力评价研究

Research on Evaluation of Intellectual Property Competitiveness in Jiangsu Province

以江苏省为研究对象,采用理论综述与实证分析相结合的研究方法,运用基于模糊层次分析模型的知识产权竞争力评价指标体系。通过相关理论概念界定与现有文献简要综述,选取了2010—2017年的相关数据进行实证分析得知,自2010年以来,江苏知识产权发展快速,竞争力不断提升,2016年竞争力系数达到2.04,2017年略有下降,为1.81。总体看,江苏知识产权竞争力的提升为产业转型升级和区域创新发展提供了有效支撑,但也存在一定的问题,针对具体问题提出了相关对策和建议。

Based on the research object of Jiangsu province, this paper uses the theoretical research and empirical analysis to establish the evaluation index system of core competence of intellectual property rights based on fuzzy hierarchy analysis. Through the analysis of the relevant theoretical concepts and the summary of the existing literature, we select the empirical data of the relevant data of the strategic enterprises of Jiangsu province from 2010 to 2017, and we find that the development of intellectual property in Jiangsu has been rapid and its competitiveness has been continuously improved since 2010. The coefficient of competitiveness of intellectual property is 1.81, a little lower than 2.04 in 2016. On the whole, the improvement of Jiangsu＇s intellectual property competitiveness provides effective support for industrial transformation and upgrading and regional innovation development. But there are some problems, for specific issues put forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
