由高校思想政治辅导员角色定位引发的思考

辅导员作为高校教师队伍和管理队伍的重要组成部分,对大学生的成长成才与全面发展起着至关重要的作用。但是目前辅导员角色定位模糊,应该引导辅导员强化责任意识,建立职业归属感。

As an important part of the faculty and management team,counselors play an important role in College students＇ growth and development.However,the role of counselors is ambiguous at present.We should guide counselors to strengthen their sense of responsibility and establish the sense of belonging.
