摘要
校本研修是以校为本的教学深度的研究,校际互助研修是把校本研修中的"以校为本"延伸到几个学校,几个学校的教师组成研修团队,定期开展研修活动,实现校际间同伴互助。结合初中音乐学科的实际情况,如何设计多样化的研修形式,提高研修活动的实效性,进而促进初中音乐教师的专业化发展,值得深入探讨。
School-based study is a deepening school-based teaching research.Inter-school mutual aid research extends the school-based study to several schools.Teachers from a bunch of schools form a research team to carry out regular research to achieve inter-school peer support.In light of the actual situation,it is worth further discussing how to design diversified forms of study,how to improve the effectiveness of study,and how to promote the professional development of junior middle school music teachers.
