摘要
学科教学知识是教师专业发展的关键.本文以学科教学知识对一节初中英语听说课的优化为例, 探索运用学科教学知识对初中英语课例进行结构性反思和深入剖析, 提升教师从框架到细节的课堂构建能力,从而为提高初中英语教学的有效性提供专业支持, 也为教师专业发展提供一种实践范式.
PCK is the key to teachers’ professional development. Taking the PCK knowledge as anexample, this paper explores the application of PCK in the structural reflection and in -depth analysis ofEnglish lessons in junior middle schools, so as to enhance teachers’ ability to construct classroom from frameto detail, so as to provide professional support for improving the effectiveness of English teaching in juniormiddle schools and teachers’ professional development.
