摘要
目的:对比洛哌丁胺、硫糖铝和限水法制作便秘大鼠模型的效果。方法:分别以洛哌丁胺、硫糖铝和限水法诱导建立便秘大鼠模型,测定大鼠大便物理性质变化,镜下观察远端结肠组织,免疫组化观察Cajal间质细胞和VIP神经纤维分布。结果:洛哌丁胺、硫糖铝和限水法相比,大便质量、粒数显著减少且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),结肠组织c-kit阳性细胞减少、VIP阳性神经纤维显著增多(P<0.05)。结论:洛哌丁胺、硫糖铝制作大鼠便秘模型的效果明显优于限水法。
Objective: To study the effect of Ioperidine, aluminum sulfate and water -limiting method. Methods: Ioperamide, sucralfate and limit water induced constipation in the rat model, de- termination of rat shit physical properties change and HE staining to observe the distal colon tissue, immunohistochemical observation Cajal interstitial cells and VIP nerve fiber distribution. Results: the difference between Ioperamide, sulfide and water restriction was statistically significant(P〈0.05).The decrease of c-kit positive cells and the significant increase of VIP positive nerve fibers(P〈0.05). Conclusion: the constipation model of Ioperamide and sulfide is better than the water limit method.
