农村幼儿教师音乐培训的调查分析与对策思考——以甘肃省陇南市为例 被引量:1

摘要 音乐教育是素质教育和幼儿园教育不可缺少的内容,是实施审美教育,实现儿童全面发展的重要途径,也是教育公平的体现。音乐教育质量取决于幼儿教师的音乐能力及教学水平。为了提高幼儿教师音乐培训效果、加快提升农村幼儿园音乐教育质量,促进学前教育质量提高,对陇南市农村幼儿教师音乐培训的内容、形式、课时、需求等现状进行深入的调查与分析,并提出教育行政部门和政府部门应加强对幼儿园音乐教育的重视、开展幼儿教师音乐教学技能专项培训、改变传统的教师培训模式、编著系统的幼儿园教师音乐培训资料等相应对策。 Music education is an indispensable link of quality education and education in kindergartens It is an important way to implement aesthetic education and realize the all round development of chil dren, as well as the display of equal access to education. The equality of music education quality depends on preschool teachers music ability and teaching level. In order to improve the preschool teachers" music training, speed up the promotion of rural preschool music education quality, promote the equality of pre school education quality, this paper investigates into and analyzes the content, form, class periods, and demand of rural preschool teachers" music training of I.ongnan City, and puts forward that the education administrative department and government departments should attach importance to preschool music edu cation, carry out special training for preschool teachers" music teaching skills, change the traditional pat tern of teacher training, and compile systematic music training materials for preschool teachers
