供给侧改革背景下的河北省县域战略性新兴产业培育和发展研究

Research on the cultivation and development of strategic emerging industries in Hebei province under the background of supply-side reform

从供给侧改革的视角出发,通过梳理有关县域战略性新兴产业培育和发展的文献综述,挖掘河北省县域战略性新兴产业发展方面存在的问题,从企业创新、产业集聚、人才吸引、政策完善四个方面提出了供给侧改革背景下河北省县域战略性新兴产业的发展路径。

From the perspective of supply-side reform, this paper reviews the literature review on the cultivation and development of the strategic emerging industries in the county, discovers the problems of the development of the strategic emerging industries in the county of Hebei Province and puts forward the development path of strategic emerging industries at county level in Hebei under the background of the supply-side reform from the four aspects of enterprise innovation, industrial agglomeration, talent attraction and policy improvement.
