熙宁变法的现实借鉴

Drawing on the experience of the Xi Ning transformation

从熙宁变法的背景入手分析了熙宁变法的起因,并对熙宁时期变法和元丰时期改制进行了比较,指出虽然新法在元佑时期才被废止,但是熙宁变法应仅指熙宁时期的变法。接着对熙宁变法最终失败的原因进行了分析,认为宋神宗的帝王权术是变法失败的主要原因,并据此提出了现实借鉴。

This paper analyzes the causes of Xinning transformation, and compares the transformation of Xining and Yuanfeng, and then points out that although the new law is not abolished untill the period of Yuanyou, the Xinning transformation should only refer to the period of Xining . Shenzong＇s imperial power is believed to be the main reason for the failure of the transformation and the author finally put forward two sugustions for people to learn today.
