智能制造环境下,单个企业的竞争力越来越无法抵抗全球竞争的冲击,需要依靠产业联盟来整合联盟企业的制造资源和制造能力,发挥产业联盟优势,实现联盟企业共赢.由于联盟企业制造资源种类众多,制造能力差别较大,在激烈竞争中迅速整合资源并进行生产制造是联盟企业需要解决的关键问题之一.以制造资源的聚合与快速响应为研究目的,应用聚类分析法对联盟企业制造资源进行整合分类,通过系统聚类方法建立资源簇,能够提高资源利用效率,实现企业的快速响应.

In the context of intelligent manufacturing, a single enterprise finds it increasingly difficult to handle global competitions. It is, therefore, crucial to integrate enterprises＇ manufacturing resources and capabilities by means of industry alliance for the purpose of win-win cooperation. At the core of the question are rapid integrations of alliance enterprises which differ markedly from each other on their resources and manufacturing capabilities, in fierce competitions. To address such a problem, cluster analysis method is used to classify the resources and build resource clusters.
