南通市农民工主观幸福感的实证研究

An Empirical Study On the Subjective Well-being of Migrant Workers in Nantong

作为城市建设大军,农民工无疑是社会中不可缺少的一支强大力量,农民工的幸福感是衡量社会是否和谐的一个重要的"晴雨表"和"温度计"^([1])。通过对江苏省南通市358位农民工的实证调查,发现该市农民工幸福感处于中等水平,收入是影响其幸福感的重要因素,社会支持也对其幸福感存在影响,基于此提出相关对策、建议。

As the major force of urban construction, migrant workers are undoubtedly an indispensable andpowerful force in society. The happiness of migrant workers is an important measure for harmonious society “ba-rometer” and “thermometer” [1]. After the empirical investigation of 358 migrant workers in Nantong, Jiangsu,it is found that the well - being of migrant workers in the city is at the middle level. Income is an important fac-tor affecting its happiness, and social support has an impact on its happiness. Based on this, the relevant coun-termeasures are put forward.
