皖北地区“四化”协调发展的评价研究

Dynamic Assessment on the Coordinated Development of “Four Modernizations” in Northern Anhui Province

为把皖北地区建设成为安徽崛起的重要增长极,探索一条现实的"四化"协调发展之路,文章构建了"四化"综合发展指标体系,分析评价皖北地区2009-2015年"四化"发展的协调性。研究结果表明,皖北地区"四化"整体发展水平呈逐年上升趋势,并且其发展的协调程度经历了"中度失调——中等协调"的过程。

This paper evaluated the coordinated development indicators and system coordination degree of“four modernization” in northern Anhui from 2009 - 2015 based on principal component analysis and compositesystem coordinate development model. The results show that the overall level of “four modernization” in north-ern Anhui is improving, and the coordination degree has developed from moderate imbalance to quality coordi-nation.
