我国建设工程运行管理体制探讨——由公交站亭倒塌引起的思考

Discussion on Operation Management System of Construction Project in China——the Thinking Caused by the Collapse of the Bus Station Pavilion

文章针对当前我国建设工程运行管理体制中存在的问题,提出了相关举措,牢固树立"责任高于一切,严细融于一切"的理念,在验收环节引入利益无关方对施工单位的工作成果进行评价,并提高建设工程参与主体违法违纪的成本,从根本上保证工程质量,从而抑制工程腐败、杜绝豆腐渣工程的出现。

In view of the existing problems in China＇ s construction engineering operation management sys-tem, measures are put forward. Only by firmly establishing the concept of “responsibility above all, strict andmeticulous integration in all”, introducing stakeholders to evaluate the work results of construction units in theacceptance link, and increasing the cost of illegal and disciplinary violations of the main body involved in con-struction projects, can we guarantee the quality of the project fundamentally and suppress the project corruption.
