塑料挤出拉伸薄膜铸片系统温控风刀装置的研究设计

摘要 塑料挤出拉伸薄膜铸片过程中,温控风刀装置的运用,在保证传统正压风刀原有功能作用的基础上,可更加有效的控制辅助附片过程膜片的冷却速度及温度,根据铸片成型及后续拉伸工艺,更加有效控制铸片结晶度、晶粒结构及分布、晶粒尺寸等性能参数,为后续挤出拉伸薄膜性能的提升研究创造了有利条件。 In the process of plastic extrusion stretching film casting, the application of temperature- controlled air knife device can control the cooling rate and temperature of the film more effectively on the basis of guaranteeing the original function of the traditional positive pressure air knife, and control the crystallinity, grain structure, distribution, grain size and other performance parameters more effectively according to the casting process and the subsequent drawing process, so as to create favorable conditions for improving the performance of extruded films.
