城市开发区私有公共空间建设管理探索——以漳州港开发区为例

城市私有公共空间是城市外部空间的重要组成部分,但在规划设计和建设监管过程中往往出现商业化、品质差、使用频率低等一系列问题。为了将私有公共空间纳入城市外部环境统筹考虑,以漳州港开发区为例分析城市开发区公共空间架构,梳理私有公共空间存在问题。探讨建立以"宏观把握、协同建设、公众参与"策略的私有公共空间建设管理方法,加强城市公共空间系统性,提高私有公共空间利用率。

Urban private public space is an important part of the urban open space,There are a series of problems in the planning and construction supervision process,such as commercialization,poor quality and low usage frequency etc. In order to integrate private public space into the urban environment,By taking Zhangzhou Port Development Zone as an example to analyze the architecture of the public space of city development area,combing the private public space problems,explore the establishment of ＂private grasp,collaborative construction,public participation＂as a strategy of private public space construction management method,strengthen the system of city public space and private public space utilization.
