晋江市城市双修研究

Urban Renovation and Restoration Study of Jinjiang City

城市双修是中央城市工作会议中提出的城市规划管理工作的新要求。在新常态背景下,城市双修是实现城市发展模式和治理方式转型的重要手段。文章通过对晋江市现状城市问题的分析,明确晋江市开展城市双修工作的必要性,并从中心城区存量更新与活化、中心城区海绵城市建设、市域生态安全格局构建等3个方面进行了城市双修策略研究。

Urban Renovation and Restoration is a new requirement of urban plan and management proposed in China Urban Plan Conference. Under the background of＂new normal＂,Urban Renovation and Restoration is an important way to promote the transition of urban development and governance pattern. This paper firstly illustrates the necessity of Urban Renovation and Restoration implementation in Jinjiang. Secondly,it conducts researches on Urban Renovation and Restoration strategies from three aspects： regeneration and revitalization of city center; construction of＂sponge city＂in city center; establishment of ecological safety pattern in city region.
