摘要
建筑物抗风设计的需要,建筑隔震工程的隔震层常设有专用抗风装置。抗风装置的安装施工普遍缺乏经验,导致其施工质量存在缺陷,难以达到要求。采用螺栓连接的方式将抗风支座安装于预埋板上,实现震后快速更换;通过在抗风支座处增设刚度较大的X形临时支撑架,避免施工加载过程中抗风支座发生竖向压缩变形而影响抗剪强度;锚筋采用套筒接长,减少了预埋锚筋的数量,减少节点区钢筋交叉数量,保证预埋板处混凝土浇筑的密实度。通过上述安装施工工艺的改进,使得抗风装置具有较高的安装质量。
For the wind-resistant design of buildings,the isolation layer of the building isolation project often has a special wind-resistant device. The installation and construction of wind-resistant devices are generally lack of experience,resulting in defects in construction quality and difficulty in meeting requirements. The wind-resistant support is mounted on the embedded plate by means of bolt connection,so the quick replacement after the earthquake is realized. By adding a larger stiffness of X-shaped temporary support frame at the wind-resistant support,the vertical compression deformation of the wind-resistant bearing during construction loading is avoided,which affects the shear strength. The anchor ribs are lengthened by the sleeve,which reduces the number of pre-embedded anchor ribs,and reduces the number of cross-sections of the steel bars in the joint zone,to ensure the compactness of concrete pouring at the pre-embedded plates.Through the improvement of the above-mentioned installation and construction process,the wind-resistant device has a high installation quality.
