设计阶段,是装配式建筑全过程造价控制的关键阶段,事前控制可起到事半功倍的效果。文章以某装配式建筑为例,阐述了设计阶段造价控制的重要性,并结合工程实际介绍其设计阶段造价控制的主要措施,包括前期资料收集、装配式造价增量计算、强化设计过程管理、综合效益统筹考量、BIM的应用、做好设计概算的编制与审查等措施。

The design stage is the key stage of cost control of the whole process of prefabricated building,Prior control can play a multiplier effect. Taking the actual project as an example,this paper expounds the importance of cost control in the design stage. In addition,some main measures are put forward in the design stage of cost control which are conbined with the practical prefabricated building. The main measures include Preliminary data collection,incremental calculation of prefabricated costs,strengthening of design process management,Overall benefit overall consideration、application of BIM、doing well the preparation and review of design estimates and so on.
