摘要 支气管哮喘(哮喘)是一种病因复杂,由多种细胞及细胞组分参与的慢性气道免疫炎症性疾病。近年发现,新型异二聚体细胞因子IL-23不仅能通过诱导辅助性T细胞17(Th17)分泌IL-17从而募集中性粒细胞到气道中,亦可增强Th2反应并介导嗜酸性粒细胞参与哮喘的炎症反应。该文对IL-23/Th17细胞通路与哮喘的关系及靶向治疗进展进行综述。 Bronchial asthma (asthma) is a chronic airway immune andinflammatory disease with complex etiology, which is involved with a variety of cells and cellular components. Recent research has demonstrated that the novel heterodimer interleukin-23 (IL-23) can not only induce the secretion of IL-17 from T helper 17 (Th17) cells and recruit neutrophils into the airways, but also enhance Th2 cell responses and mediate the involvement of eosinophils in the inflammatory response of asthma. In this article, the relationship between IL-23/Th17 signaling pathway and asthma and the research progress of target therapy of asthma were reviewed.
