摘要
测定不同生长期紫苏(Perilla frutescens)根、茎、叶部位中16种无机元素的含量变化,分析其分布规律.对紫苏进行人工栽培,分期采收,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)冷焰模式和CCT模式测定紫苏中16种无机元素含量.结果表明,16种元素总体上都随生长天数增加而含量呈下降趋势,有8种元素在紫苏茎中的含量都高于根、叶部位.研究发现紫苏中含有丰富的常量元素如K、Mg、Na、Fe、Al,以及Mn、Zn等人体必需的微量元素;毒害元素As、Cd、Pb的含量均符合中国药典的限度要求.幼苗期各种元素的含量最高,多种元素在茎中含量高于根、叶.
The sixteen inorganic elements in roots, stems and leaves of Perilla frutescens at different growing periods and their distribution regularities are measured and analyzed. The perillas were obtained by artificial cultivation, collected at different times. The inorganic elements in perillas were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry with cold flame mode and CCT mode. The results show that: The sixteen inorganic elements generally show a decreasing trend with increasing days of growth; the contents of eight inorganic elements in steams are higher than that in the root and leaf; the perillas is rich in macroelements such as K, Mg, Na, Fe, A1 and essential trace elements such as Zn, Mn; the harmful elements As, Cd, Pb limits are in line with the standards of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The contents of various elements in seeding stage is the highest; multiple elements in stems are higher than that in the root and leaf.
