摘要
探讨红景天苷对慢性间断性缺氧大鼠心肌炎症反应的影响及其作用机制.建立大鼠慢性间断性缺氧模型,红景天苷进行干预,实验分为3组:正常对照组、NaCl组和红景天苷组.缺氧8周,B超检测大鼠心脏功能,酶联免疫法检测心肌组织的髓过氧化物酶(MPO)活性.ELISA法检测心肌组织和血清TNF-a含量,ELISA法检测血清IL-6含量水平.结果表明,和正常对照组比较,慢性间断性缺氧8周,NaCl组和红景天苷组大鼠心功能明显下降,心肌组织的MPO活性增高,心肌组织及血清TNF-a含量增加,血清IL-6水平升高.而与NaCl组比较,红景天苷组,大鼠心脏功能则显著改善(P<0.05),心肌组织的MPO活性降低,心肌组织及血清TNF-a含量下降明显,血清IL-6水平亦明显减少(P<0.05).在慢性间断性缺氧中,大鼠心功能下降,炎性反应明显,红景天苷干预,则可抑制炎症反应,改善大鼠心功能.
The effect of salidroside on inflammatory response in chronic intermittent hypoxia and its mecha nism is investigated. A mode of chronic intermittent hypoxia model in rats is established and salidroside is giv en as intervention . The experiments are divided into sham operation group, NaC1 group and salidroside group. The cardiac function and the activity of myeloperoxidase(MPO) in myocardium are measured. TNF a content,serum TNF a level and serum IL-6 level are detected by ELISA. The results show that: Compared with the normal control group, 8 weeks of chronic intermittent hypoxia, the cardiac function of the NaC1 group and the salidroside group is significantly decreased; the activity of MPO in the myocardial tissue in creased; the content of TNF a in the myocardium and serum increased; and the level of serum IL- 6 increased. Compared with the control group, the cardiac function of the rats treated with salidroside group was improved (P〈0.05). Meanwhile, the content of TNF a in myocardial tissue of salidroside group decreased; and the level of serum IL-6 decreased significantly(P〈0.05). The conclusion is that: in rats with chronic intermittent hypoxia, salidroside can protect the heart function by inhibiting the inflammatory reaction.
