摘要
通过对高炉炉缸炉底区域的热电偶温度和冷却壁水温差进行监控,采用传热计算模型预测和判断高炉炉缸炉底耐火材料的侵蚀状况,为高炉护炉操作和采取适当的护炉措施提供依据,取得较好的效果。
The thermocouple temperature of the bottom area of BF hearth and the water temperature difference of cooling stave were monitored, heat transfer calculation model was adopted to make prediction and judgement of ero- sion of refractory on bottom of BF hearth, it provided the basis for furnace operation of furnace maintenance and got a better result.
