摘要
在高速公路建设中,机制砂正逐步取代天然砂,以满足不断增长的混凝土用砂需求。文章依托钟昭路新型机制砂生产项目,研究不同石粉含量对机制砂混凝土工作性能(坍落度)和力学性能(抗压强度)的影响。试验表明:C20机制砂混凝土的较佳石粉含量约为12%;C40、C50机制砂混凝土的最佳石粉含量约为10%。
In the expressway construction, the machine-made sand is gradually replacing the natural sand in order to meet the growing demand for concrete sand.Relying on new machinemade sand production project at Zhongzhao Road,this article studied the effect of different stone powder content on the work performance (slump)and mechanical properties (compressive strength)of machine-made sand concrete.The test showed that the preferred stone powder content of C20 machine-made sand concrete is about 12%, and the optimum stone powder content of C40 and C50 machine-made sand concrete is about 10%.
