摘要
为了解决施工过程中出现的温度离析、压实度过低等现象不能及时反馈的问题,文章使用红外热成像仪对沥青混合料在运输、摊铺、碾压过程的温度变化进行准确测定,分析混合料温度离析的原因,并提出相应的解决方案;结合使用无核密度仪检测路面的压实度,分析混合料的温度离析与路面压实度的相关性。结果表明:沥青混合料在运输阶段温度离析现象最为明显;温度离析程度与路面压实度之间具有良好的相关性,温度离析越严重,沥青混合料压实度的合格率越低。
In order to solve the problem that temperature segregation and low compaction degree cannot be timely feedback during the construction ,this article used the infrared thermal imager to accurately measure the temperature change of asphalt mixture during transportation,paving and rolling,analyzed the reasons for the temperature segregation of the mixture,and proposed the corresponding solutions combining the use of non-nuclear density gauge to measure the compaction degree of pavement,it analyzed the correlation between the temperature segregation of the mixture and the compaction degree of pavement.The results showed that the temperature segregation phenomenon of asphalt mixture is most obvious during transportation ;there is a good correlation between the temperature segregation degree and the compaction degree of the pavement;the more severe the temperature segregation, the lower the qualified compaction rate of asphalt mixture.
