CFST拱桥吊装线形控制-无应力状态法研究综述

摘要 为推荐一种高效、准确、扣索索力均匀性良好的CFST拱桥斜拉扣挂施工优化无应力状态计算方法,文章对CFST拱桥各种无应力状态施工监控计算方法的优缺点以及最新的研究进展进行理论介绍和分析,厘清各种方法的适用范围。研究结果表明,各种无应力状态法均能较好地实现对合龙线形控制,其中,基于"过程最优,结果可控"的CFST拱桥斜拉扣挂一次张拉施工优化计算方法,不仅能够实现对合龙时线形的控制,而且能够实现对各吊装施工阶段的线形控制,因而具有双重线形控制的优点,且计算效率高、精度好、各扣索索力均匀性良好,能较好地实现对CFST拱桥施工线形全过程控制。 In order to recommend a stress-free state calculation optimization method for the cable-stayed buckle construction of CFSTarch bridge with high efficiency,accuracy and good ca- ble-staying force uniformity,this article theoretically introduced and analyzed the research pro gress and the advantages and disadvantages of various state-less state construction monito ring and calculation methods of CFST arch bridges,and clarified the application scope of vari ous methods.The research results showed that all stress-free state methods can achieve good cloture linear control ,among them ,the one-tension construction optimization calculation meth- od for CFST arch bridge cable-stayed buckle based on the "optimal process,controllable results" can not only realize the linear control during the cloture,but can also realize the linear control at each lifting construction stage.Therefore,it has the advantages of double linear control ,high calculation efficiency, good precision, good uniformity of each buckle cable force, thus it can achieve better full-process linear control over CFST arch bridge construction.
