摘要 文章以马滩红水河特大桥缆索吊装系统塔架施工为工程依托,通过各种有效的计算与分析,确保了桥梁缆索吊装系统塔架在使用期间的安全与稳定。塔架建造完成后,顺利实施了钢管拱桥各节段拱肋的安装,并保证有足够的精度和稳定性。在保证作业高度满足要求的前提下,还为各节段拱肋安装提供了一个安全临时锚固体系,使主桥拱肋安装得以顺利实施,现已顺利完成主桥钢管拱全部节段的安装。实践证明,大桥南、北两个塔架的施工方案切实可行,并在本工程拱肋安装中取得了良好实施效果,可为同类型工程提供指导作用。 Relying on the tower construction of cable hoisting system in Matan Hongshui River Super-large Bridge,through various effective calculations and analysis,this article ensured the safety and stability of bridge cable hoisting system tower during its use.After completing the tower,it performed the installation of the arch ribs for each segment of steel-pipe arch bridge, and ensured the sufficient accuracy and stability.On the premise of ensuring that the working height meets the requirements,it also provided a safe temporary anchoring system for the installation of arch rib for each section,so that the arch rib installation of main bridge can be smoothly implemented and all sections for the steel-pipe arch of main bridge have been successfully installed.Practice has proved that the construction scheme of south and north towers of the bridge is feasible and has achieved good results in the installation of arch ribs in this project,which can provide guidance role for the same type of project.
