超大设备过铁路框架桥方案及安全分析

摘要 对于已经投入运营多年的既有桥梁,当遇到要通过超大设备时,必须对现有桥梁进行安全分析,并以此作为能否允许设备通过该桥梁的评定依据。文章结合广州中石化超大设备加氢反应器通过茅岗路铁路框架桥的工程实例,介绍了加氢反应器通过铁路框架桥的方案,并通过设备过桥时对既有铁路框架桥在各种工况下的内力分析,验证了该通过方案的安全性。 For existing bridges that have been put into operation for many years,when the super-large equipment goes through those bridges, it is necessary to conduct safety analysis on those existing bridges and use it as the basis for assessing whether the equipment can be allowed to pass through the bridge. Combining the engineering example of Guangzhou Sinopec's super-large hydrogenation reactor equipment passing through Maogang Road Railway Frame Bridge, this article introduced the plan of hydrogenation reactor passing through railway frame bridges,and through the internal force analysis of existing railway frame bridges under various work conditions when the equipment passing through, it verified the safety of this passing plan.
