摘要
以刺茶美登木为试验材料,研究了其提取物对多种植物病原真菌菌丝生长的抑制作用,在活性跟踪的基础上,采用现代化分离手段,获得2个木脂素类单体化合物Tanegool和Prinsepiol,进一步测定了单体化合物对以上几种植物病原菌的抑制效果。结果表明,当刺茶美登木质量浓度为10 mg/mL时,对油菜菌核病菌、小麦根腐病菌、番茄早疫病菌、西瓜枯萎病菌的抑制率均在75%以上;Tanegool对油菜菌核病菌、小麦根腐病菌、西瓜枯萎病菌表现出浓度依赖性,质量浓度为1 mg/mL时,对西瓜枯萎病菌的抑制率最高、可达质量浓度为0.2 mg/mL时的6倍。
Gymnosporia varialilis Loes. was selected as research material to explore the antifungal activities against phytopathogens.Bio-assay guided and modern separation technology was applied to obtain two lignans, named Tanegool and Prinsepiol. The results showedthat the inhibition ratio against Sclerotinia scleotiorum, Bipolaris sorokiniana, Alternaria solani and Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. niveumwere abover 75% when the concentration of Gymnosporia varialilis Loes. was 10 mg/mL. The antifungal activities of Tanegool against S.scleotiorum, B. sorokiniana and F. oxysporum showed dose dependence. The inhibition ratio under1 mg/mL was 6 times higher than thatof 0.2 mg/mL. The results of this work could provide the foundation to develop botanic fungicides to some extent.
