摘要
为探讨养殖池塘水质条件下,光强变化对菌藻共生生物膜内细菌的时空分布、群落结构的影响,构建了3组菌藻共生生物膜反应器,设置光照强度依次为0,4750,7580 lx。结果表明,对照组、1#试验组及2#试验组在试验过程中平均水温分别为(24.9±0.2),(24.9±0.3),(25±0.2)℃,平均pH值分别为6.07±0.99,6.42±0.76,6.70±0.68,平均溶解氧质量浓度分别为(6.15±1.21),(6.80±0.92),(7.14±0.68)mg/L,平均叶绿素质量浓度分别为(0.71±0.42),(5.25±2.36),(235.12±86.06)μg/L。不同光照环境下的菌藻共生生物膜水质环境和群落结构差异较大。
To investigate the influence of light intensity on the spatial and temporal distribution and community structure of bacteria insymbiotic biofilm of bacillus and algae under the water quality condition of cultured ponds, the paper constructed three groups of bacterialalgae symbiotic biofilm reactors with light intensity of 0, 4 750, 7 580 lx. The results showed that the mean water temperature in controlgroup, 1# test group and 2# test group were (24.9±0.2) ,(24.9±0.3) ,(25±0.2) ℃, respectively, the average pH values were 6.07±0.99,6.42±0.76, 6.70±0.68, respectively, and the average dissolved oxygen concentration were (6.15±1.21) ,(6.80±0.92) ,(7.14±0.68) mg/L,respectively, the average chlorophyll concentrations were (0.71±0.42) ,(5.25±2.36) ,(235.12±86.06) μg/L, respectively. There are largedifferences in the water quality and community structure of the symbiotic biofilms in different light environments.
