煤炭开采对国家级重点生态功能区的影响

Effects of Coal Mining on National Key Ecological Functional Areas

以国家级重点生态功能区山西省保德县为研究对象,对2000—2016年该县域煤炭开采造成的生态环境如大气、土地、水资源、水土流失的破坏状况进行了评价。结果表明,2000—2016年煤炭开采给保德县造成生态环境价值损失约116.7亿元,保德县区域生态恢复治理为农田的成本约58.79亿元;并提出了矿区生态环境治理的一些对策,以促进该国家级重点生态功能区生态环境与经济协调发展。研究结果可以为类似地区的可持续发展提供借鉴。

Based on the area of Baode county in Shanxi province which is of the national important ecological function areas as theresearch object, the region ecological environment induced by coal mining from 2000 to 2016 such as the destruction of the atmosphere,land, water, soil and water loss status were evaluated. The results showed that accounting for ecological environmental value loss causedby coal mining was about 11.67 billion yuan from 2000 to 2016, and the cost of governance for the farmland to restore the zonal ecologywas about 5.879 billion yuan. The pape put forward some suggestions of the mining area ecological environment governance from theperspectives of government, enterprises and the public, in order to promote the coordinated development of ecology and economy in theregion. The results will provide reference for the sustainable development in similar areas.
