摘要
甜高粱具有生物产量高、茎秆含糖量高等特点,能够用于制作乙醇或直接用作饲料,是优秀的能饲作物。综述了不育系与甜高粱茎秆产量、糖分及抗倒伏能力之间的关系,以及高粱光敏不育的特性、基因定位和应用研究进展;并提出了利用光敏不育性选育抗倒伏能力强、生物产量高、茎秆含糖量高的甜高粱新品种,可为甜高粱种质资源创新和优良品种选育提供新思路。
Sweet sorghum has the characteristics of high biological yield and high sugar content in stem. It can be used to produceethanol or feed directly. It is an excellent feed crop. In this paper, the relationship between male sterile lines and sweet sorghum stalkyield, sugar content and lodging resistance was illustrated, and the characteristics of sorghum photoperiod male sterility, gene mappingand application were reviewed. The paper also proposed the strategy to breeda new sweet sorghum variety with high biological yield, highsugar content and strong lodging resistance, which will provide a new idea for the germplasm resource innovation and fine varietybreeding of sweet sorghum.
