车身夹具调试验收方法及滚边工艺分析 被引量:1

摘要 在整车厂,焊接夹具起着举足轻重的作用,是保证车身尺寸及质量的关键因素。因此项目时期对夹具的验收和调试方法是否正确、有效,决定了系列化生产时期的质量。结合X156项目,对白车身夹具的验收和调试方法进行了论证,介绍了夹具精度符合性、夹具稳定性检查、滚边胎调试、装具调试、产品符合性调试等系统化原则。针对机器人滚压包边工艺,探讨了滚边尺寸稳定性保持方法、滚轮正常工作状态的要求、滚边尺寸的调整方法,以及通过滚边优化零件尺寸的方法。论证的方法具有重要的通用性,对不同车企及不同车型具有重要的指导意义。 In Body Shop, welding fixture plays a decisive role to ensure the dimension and quality of the body. Therefore, the quality of the serial production is determined by the correctness and ettectiveness of the acceptance and commission methods for fixture during the project. Based on the X156 project, the acceptance and commissioning methods of body fixture were demonstrated, including fixture accuracy checking, fixture stability checking, flange tire commissioning, fixture commissioning, product commissioning and so on. Focused on hemming process, the method of maintaining the stability of the hemming size, the requirements of normal working condition of the roller, the adjustment method of the hemming size, and the method of optimizing the size of the product were discussed. The principle and method of demonstration are important and universal, and have important guiding significance for different car models.
