随着大轮拖电器元件品质提升的开展,在品质提升前期,在拖拉机的生产制造过程中电器线束连接件之间的配套、选型遇到了系列化问题。经过一系列的故障统计、分析以及电器元件生产厂家调研,发现了问题所在,对存在的问题进行原因分析,并提出相关的改进建议以及检查方法。最终实现该厂电器元件在生产过程中的质量控制。

With the development of the quality improvement of electrical components of large wheel tractor, in the early stage of the quality improvement, the matching and selection of electrical wire harness connectors encountered a series of problems in the production and manufacture of tractors. After a series of fault statistics, analysis and investigation of electrical component manufacturers, the problems were found, and the reasons for the existing problems were analyzed, then relevant suggestions for improvement and inspection methods were put forward. Finally, the quality control of electrical components in the production process was realized.
