摘要
基于MEMS和磁阻传感器的姿态检测系统具有体积小、成本低和功耗低等特点,目前被广泛应用于民用消费领域。该系统以MEMS惯性传感器作为主要的测量单元,结合地磁传感检测技术进行辅助测量,以达到提高系统测量精度和稳定性的目的。对于系统中MEMS传感器存在的噪声误差、磁阻传感器易受外界干扰等问题,采用合适的数据融合算法将多个传感器数据进行融合处理,从而得到最优的姿态估计值。文中针对国内外设计的基于MEMS和磁阻传感器的姿态检测系统,重点探讨了多传感器数据融合算法的现状以及未来的发展趋势。
With the characteristics of small volume, low cost and low power consumption, the attitude detectionsystem based on MEMS and magnetoresistive sensors is currently widely used in civilian consumption. MEMS inertialsensor, regarded as the main measurement unit, was combined with geomagnetism sensing technology tot auxiliarymeasurement to achieve the purpose of improving the system measurement accuracy and stability. For the noise errorof the MEMS sensor in the system and the susceptibility of magnetoresistive sensor to external interterence, the appro-pilate data fusion algoilthm was used to integrate the data from different sensors to further obtain the optimal attitudeestimation. This paper tocuses on the present situation and development trend of multi - sensor data fusion algoilthmtot the attitude detection system based on MEMS and magletoresistive sensors at home and abroad.
