摘要
以γ-丁内酯、乙酰氯为原料,三氯化铁为催化剂,碳酸钾为缚酸剂,在1,2-二氯乙烷溶剂中合成α-乙酰基-γ-丁内酯。当反应条件为:乙酰氯/γ-丁内酯(n/n)=1.1;三氯化铁/乙酰氯(n/n)=0.1;碳酸钾/γ-丁内酯(n/n)=1;1,2-二氯乙烷/三氯化铁(v/m)=10;1,2-二氯乙烷/碳酸钾(v/m)=5;反应温度110℃;反应时间10~15 h时,α-乙酰基-γ-丁内酯的收率≥90%,含量≥98%。
α-Acetyl-γ-butyrolactone was synthesized using γ-butyrolactone and acetyl chloride as the starting material,ferric chloride as catalyst, potassium carbonate as acid binding agent in sym-dichloroethane. The reaction proceeded at 110℃ for 10~15 h. As a result, the yield is greater than 90% and purity of product is more than 98%.
