气相法检测α-乙酰基-α-氯-γ-丁内酯的含量

Analysis of α-Chlorine-γ-acetyl-butyrolactone Content by Using GC

建立了气相色谱测定α-乙酰基-α-氯-γ-丁内酯的方法。以丙酮为溶剂,使用10%SE-30填充柱,氢火焰离子化检测器的程序升温法对α-乙酰基-α-氯-γ-丁内酯进行含量检测。结果表明,α-乙酰基-α-氯-γ-丁内酯质量浓度在0.05～0.50 g/L时,质量浓度与峰面积的线性关系良好。该检测方法的线性相关系数为0.99923,标准偏差为0.01972,变异系数为0.021%,平均回收率为99.9%。

A method was developed for the determination of α-chlorine-γ-acetyl-butyrolactone by using GC with acetoneas the solvent. The sample was detected on a 10% SE-30 filling column and a programmed temperature method with flameionization detector. The study shows that a good correlation was established in α-chlorine-γ-acetyl-butyrolactoneconcentration range from 0.05 g/L～0.50 g/L with the linear correlation coefficient of 0.999 23, the standard deviation was0.019 27, the coefficient was 0.021% and the average recovery was 99.9%.
