It is a long lasting issue thatimprove the ability of teachers and their teaching quality for the high educationadministrators and teachers. In this paper, according to my personal experience, taking physical chemistry course teaching asan example, improving the ability of teachers and their teaching quality is demonstrated by scientific research and practice,teaching research, love and interest.
