复合肥添加植物生长调节剂施用对火力楠容器苗的影响

Effect of Compound Fertilizer Supplemented with Growth Regulators on Container Seedlings of Michelia macclurei

为了提高复合肥的利用率,通过在复合肥中添加不同植物生长促进剂培育火力楠(Michelia macclurei)容器苗,研究复合肥添加不同植物促进剂混合施用对火力楠容器苗生长的株高、地茎、叶绿素相对含量和生物量积累的影响。结果表明:复合肥添加B-2成长肥处理对火力楠容器苗的生长、叶绿素相对含量以及生物量积累均有显著的促进作用,而添加复硝酚钠处理的促进作用低于单施复合肥;在复合肥浓度低于0.5%时,添加B-2成长肥对火力楠容器苗的生长促进作用随着复合肥浓度增加而增大,高于0.5%时,促进作用随着复合肥浓度增加而逐渐降低;综合评价苗木质量,表现最好的是0.5%复合肥中添加B-2成长肥处理。对火力楠容器苗的培育,建议采用在0.5%复合肥中添加B-2成长肥的施用方法。

In order to improve the utilization of compound fertilizer, compound fertilizer（CF） with different plant growth regulators were supplemented in container seedling cultivation of Michelia macclurei, and the ef- fect of compound fertilizer with different plant growth regulators on height, ground diameter, chlorophyll con- tent and biomass accumulation were observed. Results showed that CF＋B-2 fertilizer significantly promoted the three indicators, while CF ＋ compound sodium nitrophenolate had less impact than that of single applica- tion of CF. When the concentration of compound fertilizer was less than 0.5%, the promotion effect of B-2 on growth of container seedling ofM. macc/urei increased with the increase of CF concentration, while concentra- tion was larger than 0.5%, the promoting effect gradually decreased as the concentration of the compound fer- tilizer increased. A comprehensive evaluation of seedling quality revealed that treatment with 0.5% CF plus B-2 was the best. For container seedling cultivation of M. macclurei, the application of 0.5% CF plus B-2 fertilizer was recommended.
