摘要 为了研究红锥菌(Russula sp.)生长环境与红锥菌人工促产技术,对红锥菌生长环境的光照强度、温度和空气相对湿度进行了调查,并对其进行人工调控和营养补给,测定红锥菌的产量。结果表明,红锥菌一般生长在特定树种下,光照强度为200~1200 lx,温度27~35℃,空气相对湿度为75%~100%;在一定范围内,光照强度、温度和空气相对湿度增大均可提高红锥菌的产量;适量补给花生麸和麦糠则显著影响红锥菌的产量,补给牛粪和硫酸亚铁不会显著改变红锥菌的产量。 To study the growth environment of Russula sp. and explore the artificial cultivation technology of Russula sp., the illumination intensity, temperature and relative humidity of the environment in which Russu- la sp. was grown were investigated, and the yield of Russula sp. was measured by artificial control and nutri- tional supplement. Russula sp. usually grows under specific tree species with illumination intensity of 200 1 200 lx, the temperature of 27 - 35 ℃, and the air relative humidity of 75% -100%. Within a certain range, the yield ofRussula sp. increased with the increase of illumination intensity, temperature and air rela- tive humidity. The suitable supply of peanut bran and wheat chaff would significantly affect the yield of Russula sp., but the supply of cow dung and FeSO4-7H2O would not significantly change the yield ofRussula sp..
