摘要
以良种樟树(Cinnamomum camphora) 4个无性系的组培苗为材料,采用实生苗为对照,比较樟树无性系的造林效果,研究不同施肥水平对樟树幼林生长量和生物量的影响。结果表明:组培无性系苗与实生苗之间的生长量和生物量并未存在明显差异;不同施肥水平的樟树幼林在生长量和生物量上均存在着显著差异。不同施肥水平之间表现为0.35 kg/株> 0.25 kg/株> 0.15 kg/株,但施肥水平0.35 kg/株与0.25 kg/株之间差异很小,从樟树芳樟油原料林定向栽培的经营目标以及成本核算分析,施肥以0.25 kg/株的水平比较适宜,其幼林能达到枝叶生物量高产的目标,产出比大,综合经济效益好。
Using the seed seedlings as control, the afforestation of foul" tissue-cultured seedlings of Cinnamomum camphora clones was compared to analyze effects of different fertilization on the growth and biomass of young C. camphora. Results showed that there was no significant difference in growth and biomass between the clones and seedlings. There were significant differences in growth and biomass between young C. camphora with different fertilizations. The order of fertilization amount was 0.35 kg/plant 〉0.25 kg/plant 〉 0.15 kg/plant, but the difference between 0.35 kg/plant and 0.25 kg/plant was very small. In view of the management target and cost accounting of raw material forest cultivation for essential oil from C. camphora, 0.25 kg/plant was the suitable fertilization treatment, and the young forest could have high yield of leave biomass with large output ratio and good comprehensive economic benefits.
