密集烤房散叶装烟方式对烘烤效果的影响

Effect of Loose-leaf-loading Mode on Baking Performance in Bulk Curing Barn

研究了散叶装烟方式对烤烟烘烤效果的影响,明确了密集烤房适宜装烟方式。试验以烤烟品种K326为试材,对比分析了散叶插签(叶尖朝上、叶尖朝下)、靠背散叶装烟(叶尖朝上、叶尖朝下)与传统挂竿装烟对烘烤环境、烤后烟叶品质和经济效益的影响。结果表明:与挂竿烘烤相比,散叶装烟方式使烘烤环境更加均匀,增加了装烟量,减小了烟叶鲜干比,烘烤成本降低;靠背散叶装烟上中等烟率最高,但增加了活筋烟率;靠背散叶装烟烤后烟叶化学成分更协调且外观质量表现最优。因此,散叶装烟在一定程度上能改善烟叶烘烤效果,密集烤房以靠背叶尖朝上装烟方式最适宜。

The influence of loose-leaf-loading mode on the baking performance of flue-cured tobacco was investigated, andthe appropriate tobacco-leaf-loading mode for bulk curing barn was made clear. The flue-cured tobacco variety K326 was used asthe tested material to compare and analyze the effects of loose-leaf-inserting （ leaf tip up, leaf tip down） , back-to-back loose-leaf-loading （ leaf tip up, leaf tip down） , and traditional tobacco-leaf-hanging on the baking environment, as well as the qualityand economic benefits of flue-cured tobacco leaves. The results indicated that： in comparison with the traditional tobacco-leaf-hanging mode, the loose-leaf-loading mode made the baking environment more uniform, and this mode increased the loading volume, reduced the fresh-dry ratio of tobacco leaves, and reduced the baking cost. The back-to-back loose-leaf-loading mode obtained the highest middle-high tobacco rate, but it enhanced the living-tendon tobacco rate. The back-to-back loose-leaf-loading mode also made the baked tobacco leaves more coordinated in chemical compositions and best in appearance quality. Therefore, the loose-leaf-loading mode can improve tobacco-baking effects to a certain extent, and the optimum tobacco-leaf-loadingmode for bulk curing barn is back-to-back loose-leaf-loading （ leaf tip up） .
