输尿管结石行输尿管肾镜钬激光碎石术治疗的临床预后评价

Clinical prognosis of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral calculi

目的:探讨输尿管肾镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石的临床价值。方法:收治输尿管结石患者100例,分为对照组和研究组。对照组采用输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗,研究组采用输尿管肾镜钬激光碎石术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,研究组手术时间、住院时间、一次性碎石率、结石排净率、Cr指标、BUN指标和并发症发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组输尿管损伤发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:输尿管肾镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石的临床效果确切。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral calculi.Methods：100 patients with ureteral calculi were selected,they were divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was treated with ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy,and the study group was treated with ureteroscopy holmium laser lithotripsy,we compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results：After treatment,in the study group,the operation time,the time of hospitalization,the one-time lithotripsy rate,the stone clearance rate,the Cr index the BUN index and the incidence of complications were all superior to those of the control group（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of ureteral injury between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral calculi was exact.
