腹腔镜手术治疗良性卵巢肿瘤60例

Effect of laparoscopic surgery for benign ovarian tumors of 60 cases

目的:探讨腹腔镜手术治疗良性卵巢肿瘤的效果。方法:收治良性卵巢肿瘤患者120例,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组60例。对照组良性卵巢肿瘤患者采用传统开腹治疗,观察组良性卵巢肿瘤患者采用腹腔镜手术治疗。结果:观察组良性卵巢肿瘤患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、术后肛门排气时间及并发症发生率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗良性卵巢肿瘤的效果更优。

Objective：To explore the effect of laparoscopic surgery for benign ovarian tumors.Methods：120 patients with benign ovarian tumor were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with traditional laparotomy,while the observation group was treated by laparoscopic surgery.Results：In the observation group,the operative time,intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization time,postoperative anal exhaust time and complication rate were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of laparoscopic surgery on benign ovarian tumors was better.
