布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠对急性小儿哮喘发作的预防效果观察

Preventive effect of budesonide combined with montelukast sodium on acute asthma attack in children

目的:探讨布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠对急性小儿哮喘发作的预防效果。方法:收治哮喘发作患儿134例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组67例。对照组哮喘发作患儿采用雾化吸入布地奈德治疗,观察组哮喘发作患儿采用布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠治疗,比较两组哮喘发作患儿治疗效果。结果:观察组哮喘发作患儿总有效率、哮喘发作的次数、症状消失平均时间、住院时间明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿哮喘发作疗效显著。

Objective：To explore the preventive effect of budesonide combined with montelukast sodium on acute asthma attack in children.Methods：134 children with asthma attack were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with nebulization inhalation of budesonide,the observation group was treated with budesonide combined with montelukast sodium,we compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results：In the observation group,the total effective rate,the number of asthma attacks,the average time of disappearance of symptoms and hospitalization time were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of budesonide combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of acute asthma attack in children was significant.
