摘要
目的:探讨热毒宁+口炎清治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床效果。方法:收治疱疹性咽峡炎患者120例,分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。治疗组患者采用静脉滴注热毒宁注射液及口服口炎清治疗,对照组患者采用静脉滴注利巴韦林治疗,比较两组疱疹性咽峡炎患者治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率和临床症状改善程度均明显优于对照组。结论:热毒宁+口炎清治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床效果显著。
Objective：To explore the clinical effect of Re Du Ning combined with Kou Yan Qing in the treatment of herpetic angina in children.Methods：120 patients with herpetic angina were selected,they were divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was treated with intravenous drip of Re Du Ning injection and oral Kou Yan Qing,and the control group was treated with intravenous drip of ribavirin,we compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results：In the treatment group,the total effective rate and the improvement of clinical symptoms were significantly better than those in the control group.Conclusion：The clinical effect of Re Du Ning combined with Kou Yan Qing in the treatment of herpetic angina in children was significant.
