依据中医临床路径治疗小儿急性咳嗽风热犯肺证

Clinical pathway of Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute cough Feng Re Fan Fei Zheng in children

目的:探讨依据中医临床路径治疗小儿急性咳嗽风热犯肺证的效果。方法:收治风热犯肺证小儿急性咳嗽患者80例,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组40例。研究组患者依据中医临床路径治疗,对照组患者采用西医常规治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果:治疗后,研究组患者总有效率、第一秒用力呼气容积、用力肺活量、最大呼气流量、二氧化碳分压、pH值、氧分压、血氧饱和度等均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:依据中医临床路径治疗小儿急性咳嗽风热犯肺证效果显著。

Objective：To explore the effect of clinical pathway of Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute cough Feng Re Fan Fei Zheng in children.Methods：80 cases of children with acute cough Feng Re Fan Fei Zheng were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,the study group was treated with the clinical path of traditional Chinese medicine,the control group was treated with western medicine routine treatment,we compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results：After treatment,in the study group,the total effective rate,the forced expiratory volume in the first second,the forced vital capacity,the maximum expiratory flow,the partial pressure of carbon dioxide,the p H value,the oxygen partial pressure and the oxygen saturation were all superior to the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of clinical pathway of Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute cough Feng Re Fan Fei Zheng in children was significant.
