参松养心胶囊联合美托洛尔治疗老年冠心病心律失常患者40例

Effect of Shen Song Yang Xin Capsule combined with metoprolol in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia

目的:探讨参松养心胶囊联合美托洛尔治疗老年冠心病心律失常患者的效果。方法:收治老年冠心病心律失常患者80例,随机分为甲组和乙组,每组40例。甲组老年冠心病心律失常患者采用美托洛尔治疗,乙组老年冠心病心律失常患者采用参松养心胶囊联合美托洛尔治疗,比较两组老年冠心病心律失常患者治疗效果。结果:治疗后,乙组老年冠心病心律失常患者的有效率、缺血总时间、BNP水平均优于甲组(P<0.05)。结论:参松养心胶囊联合美托洛尔治疗老年冠心病心律失常患者的效果显著。

Objective：To explore the effect of Shen Song Yang Xin Capsule combined with metoprolol in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia.Methods：80 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia were selected,they were randomly divided into the A group and the B group,the A group was treated with metoprolol,the B group was treated with Shen Song Yang Xin Capsule combined with metoprolol,we compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results：After treatment,in the B group,the effective rate,total ischemia time and BNP level were all better than those in the A group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of Shen Song Yang Xin Capsule combined with metoprolol in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia was significant.
