MRI联合MSCT对肝内周围型胆管细胞癌患者诊断准确率的影响

MRI combined with MSCT on the accuracy of diagnosis in patients with intrahepatic peripheral cholangiocarcinoma

目的:探讨MRI联合MSCT对肝内周围型胆管细胞癌诊断准确率的影响。方法:收治疑似IHPCC患者74例,均行MSCT、MRI检查。结果:MSCT联合MRI诊断IHPCC的灵敏度、准确度高于MSCT、MRI单独诊断(P<0.05)。结论:MSCT联合MRI诊断IHPCC,可提高诊断灵敏度、准确度,减少误诊。

Objective：To investigate the diagnostic accuracy of MRI combined with MSCT for intrahepatic peripheral cholangiocarcinoma.Methods：74 patients with suspected IHPCC were treated with MSCT and MRI.Results：The sensitivity and accuracy of MSCT combined with MRI in diagnosing IHPCC were higher than those in MSCT and MRI alone（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：MSCT combined with MRI in diagnosis of IHPCC can improve the sensitivity and accuracy of diagnosis,and reduce misdiagnosis.
