非参数检验在临床骨科等级资料中的应用

Application of nonparametric test in grade data of clinical department of orthopedics

临床多采用参数检验对所得数据进行分析,利用数据的区别评估相应的临床价值。但在骨科中,由于等级关系较常见,行等级方面的检验分析,必须采用非参数检验。非参数检验在临床的应用极为广泛,但是针对其在骨科中应用的价值,临床上众说纷纭。为进一步探析非参数检验在临床的应用,对其两组桡骨远端骨折患者愈合后复位质量分级评分进行研究。

In clinic,we mostly use parameter test to analyze the data and evaluate the corresponding clinical value by the difference of data.However,in department of orthopedics,hierarchical relationship is more common,non parametric tests must be used in the inspection and analysis of grades.Nonparametric tests are widely used in clinical applications,but its application value in department of orthopedics is still uncertain.In order to further explore the clinical application of nonparametric test,we study the reposition quality grading score of two groups of distal radius fractures after healing.
