摘要
目的:探讨胸腔镜切除术和常规开胸手术治疗食管癌的整体护理措施及临床疗效。方法:收治食管癌患者60例,分为对照组和试验组,每组各30例。对照组采用常规开胸手术治疗,试验组采用胸腔镜切除术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组术后疼痛程度、手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量和临床疗效均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:胸腔镜电切术治疗食管癌可以缩短住院时间,减轻疼痛感,临床疗效好。
Objective:To explore the overall nursing measures and clinical efficacy of thoracoscopic resection and conventional thoracotomy in the treatment of esophageal carcinoma.Methods:60 patients with esophageal cancer were selected,they were divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was treated with conventional thoracotomy,the experimental group was treated with thoracoscopic resection,we compared the therapeutic effects between the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,postoperative pain,operative time,hospital stay,intraoperative blood loss and clinical efficacy were significantly better than those in the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Thoracoscopic electrosurgery for esophageal cancer can shorten the length of hospital stay and relieve pain,and the clinical effect was good.
